What size should I buy?
Many of our items have UNISEX sizing. Our garments are designed with a looser fit to give you that perfect laid back look and to avoid rubbing or friction on healing or sensitive areas.
What happens once I place an order?
After you place an order online, you will receive an email confirming your purchase.
If you do not receive this email, contact support at hello@fee-nex.com so we can look into it for you.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with your shipping confirmation. This email will include your tracking number. If there is any shipping delay, our support team will notify you by email.
What is the shipping policy?
Any orders placed over the weekend will go out on Monday, including priority shipments. Expedited orders received by 12 PM EST are shipped the same day, excluding holidays. Expedited orders received after 12 PM EST are shipped the following business day.
In the event of a holiday or event, shipping times may vary and a notice will be provided at the top of the site.
Please note, USPS does not deliver on Saturdays. Orders shipped by USPS can take 3–10 business days to arrive. Carriers will not guarantee the arrival dates of packages. We offer the following shipping options:

Alaska, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico - Up to 15 business days - 3 Day

Please keep this in mind if you need a package to arrive on a particular date.
How much do you charge for shipping?
We offer FREE standard shipping on orders over $200 shipped via USPS within the Contiguous U.S. (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories & APO/FPO destinations).

Your order is shipped from our warehouse in Austin, Texas.
Do you ship overseas?
We currently do not ship internationally.
What is the return policy?
- All merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the original order date.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
- Merchandise must have all tags and labels attached. A recycled mailer envelope is highly recommended, or you can use the original packaging.
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
- Any merchandise noted as FINAL SALE cannot be returned.
- Returns received postmarked after 30 days from the original order date are ineligible for returns and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet acceptable hygiene and health regulations.
To ensure you receive a full refund, please complete the following:
- Keep all tags and labels attached to the garments.
- Prevent damage by removing your jewelry before trying on.
- Prevent perfume, smoke or deodorant from getting on the garments so they are not disqualified for return.
If you would like to exchange your item(s), please email hello@fee-nex.com to return the original item(s) for a refund, then place a new order at fee-nex.com.
Depending on your bank, refunds can take up to 10 business days to be posted to your account.
